Try something new for 30 days

Is there something you've always meant to do, wanted to do, but just ... haven't? Matt Cutts suggests: Try it for 30 days. This short, lighthearted talk offers a neat way to think about setting and achieving goals.

    2. 영상 내용 나만의 말로 요약하기

Matt Cutts is sharing how he decided to try something new in his daily life. The principle was simple. It was to think about something he has always wanted to add to his life and try it for the next 30 days.

Through the 30-day challenge, he felt that he was changed at some point. He was able to memorize his life much clearly than before. and he noticed that his self-confidence grew. He could do even an adventurous thing like hiking up Mt. Kilimanjaro.

If I really want something badly enough, I can do anything for 30 days. When I made small, sustainable changes which I could do continously, they are more likely to sustained.

"Find a Small things what I want badly enough but a Sustainable things!"
